Ashamed

38For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him will the Son of Man also be ashamed when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.” Mark 8:38  
Ashamed: embarrassed or guilty because of one's actions, characteristics, or associations. It seems our culture today likes to shame us if we do not think like they think. If we support President Trump which the Bible tells us to do, the left likes to shame us. It is OK to have a difference of opinion, but have something to back up your belief and don't just follow the crowd. If all you are doing is following the crowd and not thinking this through, you are not obeying God. You can be obedient to God and think differently. You can be a liberal or a conservative and have reasons, even scriptural reasons for your thinking. But think it through, don't just follow the crowd. Don't be ashamed to stand up against what you think in your heart is wrong. Often in mob thinking, groupthink, people are not stopping to think. This is what the crowd says so this is what I think. They are really ashamed to stand up individually. Don't be ashamed, have a belief grounded in scripture, and stand for it even if it goes against the majority.  God has never needed a majority to win. In fact, if we look at Bible history, we will see where God would thin the army down to a small size, thinking of Gideon here, so everyone would know God brought the victory. Don't ever be ashamed of what you believe in your heart if it is based on the word of God. God will have your back even if you are but one. Don't be ashamed to go against the mob, stand for what you believe is right. I think of an example of this in our current times, the CEO of Hoya did just that. That CEO has supported President after President, and the left would like to destroy his company because he publicly said good things about the current President. He was doing the right thing. He has not backed down. The Leader of Ford motor company was written a letter by many in his company to stop building police vehicles. this use to be a manner of pride to be able to have a good product that could be used in the service of protecting our country.   But not no more. The leader of Ford Motor Company did not back down, he too is doing the right thing. What the left is doing is wrong. Several federal officers were blinded by laser lights, in the service of protecting federal buildings, to do something evil like blinding these federal officers is wrong. The left does not care how wrong it is if it supports their agenda. How a good person can support evil works and think it is right is beyond me. The BLM is an evil organization, they are not about helping Blacks, their real agenda is to destroy this country. Read their own words.  Their actions alone should convince us something is wrong with the left's agenda for America.  If they will hurt so many people to win power what will they do when they actually are in power? It should really scare us. Keep your trust in God and stand even if alone.
