God is Soveriegn

God is sovereign, he is over all, his hands hold our world. God gives us rulers and our Civil Authority. The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the Lord.  Proverbs 16:33
As I read this chapter, the very last first printed above says every decision is from the Lord. That means, God is in charge. He will allow people to go no further then he wants. He gives us rulers. The heart of Kings is in his hands. One day we will all stand before God to give an account of our lives. That record that God keeps does not lie. Even elected officials may feel they are responsible to the citizens that voted for them, but above and beyond that we are responsible to God for the life we live. God holds our breath in his hands, we continue to live as God allows. God knows our trials, our tests. God is mindful of every need we have. God always does what is best for us. Sometimes the testing God allows us to go through is to strengthen or to teach. God does not waste a trial. God created all that is and even we our selves.  We want as many days as God will. God desires our worship and devotion. Obedience is better than sacrifice. Let us Keep God first place in our lives, then even our enemies are at peace with us. We are created in God's image, we are image bearers. Remember in all you do, God is sovereign, let us look to him for guidance in our everyday lives. God bless, LVZ.
